REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
ALL SALES FINAL – NO RETURNS – NO REFUNDS
Due to the specialized, non-consumer nature of our products and strict quality control procedures,
all sales are final. Pepora does not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains incorrect items, you must contact us within 48
hours of confirmed delivery with supporting evidence. After internal verification, Pepora may, at its
sole and absolute discretion, issue a replacement shipment. Refunds will not be issued under any
circumstances.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled,
refunded, or reversed.
REFUND POLICY
Pepora does not offer refunds. Any exceptional accommodation, if granted, is voluntary,
case-specific, and does not establish precedent or waive this policy for any future transaction.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, and shipping information at
checkout. Pepora is not liable for delivery failures, losses, or delays resulting from incorrect or
incomplete information supplied by the customer.
CHARGEBACKS & POLICY ABUSE
Pepora reserves the right to contest any chargeback or payment dispute, refuse replacements,
refunds, or future service, and permanently ban customers who initiate chargebacks in bad faith or
attempt to circumvent this policy. Chargeback abuse constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF FINAL SALE
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that all sales are final, understands that
refunds and returns are not available, and accepts full responsibility for the order once submitted.
