This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with Pepora through peporabio.com are processed and delivered.

1. SHIPPING AVAILABILITY
   We currently ship within the United States only.
2. SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
   Available shipping options may include standard and expedited services provided by reputable carriers such as USPS and FedEx. Shipping methods and costs are displayed at checkout.
3. FREE SHIPPING
   Free shipping is available on orders with a merchandise total of $150 USD or more. This threshold may change at any time without prior notice.
4. ORDER PROCESSING
   Orders are processed after payment is successfully received and approved.

Orders placed and paid before 12:00 PM (local business time) on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff time, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays are processed on the next business day.

5. DELIVERY ESTIMATES
   Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Pepora is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
6. TRACKING
   Once an order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
7. ADDRESS ACCURACY
   Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses may result in delays, additional fees, or non-delivery. Pepora is not liable for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
8. RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
   Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted.

Replacements may be issued only if:

1. an incorrect item was shipped, or
2. the order arrives damaged or incomplete.

Any issues must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery. Approved replacements are issued at Pepora’s discretion.
